ERP的实施及其在旅行社中的应用

摘 要

进入新世纪随着全球化的不断展开和中国旅游市场的开放，中国旅游企业就面临着WTO，要和国外训练有素的对手竞争，我们的旅游企业要面对这种竞争就必须在信息化的道路上不断前行。而ERP作为信息化道路上的里程碑，更是对我国旅游企业的未来发展起着举足轻重的作用。本文全面阐述了现阶段我国旅游企业所面临的问题，具体的分析我国旅行社ERP应用的现状和目的。并介绍了论文的研究方法。然后，对ERP的理论和实施作了相应的介绍，让我们对ERP有了初步的了解。并结合我国ERP的实施现状和存在的问题作了更深入的中国化了的了解。为下一步具体阐述旅行社的ERP问题作了前期的理论准备。之后又对ERP在旅行社实施的必要性和可能性进行了分析，然后就是ERP在旅行社实施的具体过程和实施细节，把中国企业实施ERP的过程用实施前期阶段、实施准备阶段、模拟运行及用户化阶段、切换运行阶段和新系统运行阶段来划分，促进中国旅游企业针对实施标准进行持续的过程改进，提高ERP软件实施的质量，促进企业管理模式的更新，使得企业按时、按预算、按效果地完成ERP管理工程。最后对ERP的系统组成部分及具体业务功能进行了归类和功能说明。论文最后从技术和旅行社自身特点对未来ERP的发展做了简要的展望。
