走出企业文化建设的误区

摘要:企业文化是以企业管理哲学和企业精神为核心,凝聚企业员工归属感、积极性和创造性的人本管理理论。在日益激烈的市场竞争中,企业文化对企业的生存和发展的作用越来越大,成为企业竞争力的基石和决定企业兴衰的关键因素。但是现在对企业文化建设的认识却走进了一些误区,比如:只注重企业文化的形式,忽略企业文化的内涵;将企业文化等同于企业精神,使企业文化脱离企业管理;将企业文化视为传统文化在企业管理中的直接运用;忽视了企业文化的创新和个性化。要想走出对企业文化建设认识的误区,建设完善的、适应市场竞争需求的企业文化,任重而道远。这需要对企业文化有一个全面的认识。

Abstract: Enterprise take enterprise manages philosophy and the enterprise spirits as core, coagulate the enterprise employee the ownership feeling, aggressive and creation of human-core management theory originally . As the competition is becoming crucial, the function of enterprise culture is more and more prominent to the existence and developments of the enterprise, becoming the sill of the business enterprise competition ability and the key factor to decide the enterprise's rise and fall. But some errors are emerged in the construction of enterprise culture, Such as focusing on the mode on enterprise culture, ignoring the meaning of enterprise culture; Taking theenterprise culture as the enterprise spirit, separating enterprise culture and management and regarding enterprise culture as the extension of traditional culture in business ma
