摘 要：追求利益最大化是企业存在的根本目的，“改善”则是当前最适合我国企业实际获得最大利益的方法，而精益生产无疑是我国企业可以学习借鉴的“改善”现场的最强有力武器。
本文从急需“改善”的企业现场出发，较系统的介绍了精益生产方式、精益生产方式的优越性及其意义，并具体从上海索广映像有限公司（日本索尼与上海广电集团有限公司的合资企业）运用精益生产进行制造现场“改善”的案例，论证了运用精益生产进行现场“改善”，是在当前多品种小批量短交货期的买方市场中迅速应对市场需求、彻底杜绝浪费、获得最大利益的有效方法。学习借鉴上海索广映像有限公司运用精益生产进行现场“改善”的成功经验，必将对我国其他企业提高管理水平，获得更大利益产生积极的影响，有利于实现中国成为“世界工厂”的梦想。

    Abstract: To pursue the maximal profit is the basic purpose of corporation existing, the method of acquiring the actual maximal profit to adapt to Chinese corporation is “improvement” and it is undoubted that Lean production is the strongest weapon which Chinese corporation can study and use for reference to improve the spot.
    This article sets out from exacting the corporation spot of “improvement” and it introduced the mode, superiority and significance of lean production. This article also set out from the cases that SSV (joint venture corporation by SONY and SVA) improve the product spots by Lean Production to argue that it improve the spot by Lean Production. It is the valid method to acquire the maximal profit that we can adapt to the market requirement rapidly in the buyer’s market of excessive variety, small batch and short delivery period. To study and use for reference the successful experience that SSV improve the product spot by Lean Production will have huge impact on improving the management level of other Chinese corporations and acquiring more profit. It is in favor of realizing the dream that china become “the world factory”.
